PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on our website are accurate and up to date. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.
ORDERS AND CONTRACT
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase at the stated price. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased directly from lightpods.co. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@lightpods.co with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
WARRANTY
All Lightpods products come with a manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page: one year for Beam Solo and Pod Mini, two years for Arc Pro and Studio Pair. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@lightpods.co with proof of purchase.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website including text, images, product photography, graphics, logos, and design is the property of Lightpods Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. The Lightpods name and logo are trademarks of Lightpods Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lightpods Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the products purchased in the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
